Casablanca Gold glaze is an instant cold gel that is shiny and transparent on cakes, totally unflavoured and neutral tasting.
Multipurpose use: used for cake decoration, icing and food décor. Gives a rich sheen and shine to the cakes.
Increases shelf life: it does not dry on cakes for a very long time, typically 3-4 days under refrigeration.
Smooth texture: it has a buttery texture and is without lumps. Readily mixes with whipped cream and gives a buttery and full-fat cream-like body to the whipped cream, so that the whipped cream results in a full bite sensation.
